Our partnership with Alliance Medical began in 2012 and has evolved alongside the organisation’s growth. Over the years, we’ve supported a range of digital initiatives designed to reflect the scale, expertise and complexity of the business — including a dedicated careers website to showcase medical expertise, values and employer brand.

One of the most significant milestones in that journey was the development of our first NHS Jobs integration with Genius ATS (now known as iQ). Designed to simplify recruitment and improve candidate experience, the integration enabled Alliance Medical to reach the right audiences more effectively — with feedback confirming it performed better than posting roles directly on the NHS Jobs site.

Most recently, in April 2024, Alliance Medical upgraded to Genius iQ, strengthening its recruitment infrastructure and creating a more streamlined, data-led hiring experience across the organisation.
